Job Title: Technical Customer Support - voice/email/chat

Salary package:

  • Monthly base salary: 1000  EUR gross
  • 2 extra month salaries per year
  • Annual base salary: 14000 EUR
  • Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day, 1908,72 EUR per annum
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month, 240 EUR per annum
  • Annual income: 17 588,72 EUR , including base salary, meal and transport allowance
  • Performance Bonus: 120 EUR per month, 1440 EUR per annum
  • Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 08:00AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational)

Saturday and Sunday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day with 1-hour launch brreak, 5 days per week

As a Customer Support Specialist for a prominent client, where you'll manage customer inquiries about product features, technical issues, and more. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries related to e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity. Accurately document interactions and maintain data integrity in our systems. Adapt quickly to changes and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
  • Offer pre-sales advice, address general inquiries, and provide technical support.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as necessary.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve support tickets efficiently.
  • Manage your own ticket queue and follow team directives.
  • Maintain flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Provide constructive feedback on support materials.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Fluence in Italian
  • Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
