Posição na Estrutura
O Chefe do Departamento de Qualidade depende do Director de Qualidade, Segurança e Ambiente da Ibéria, conforme esquematizado no organigrama que integra o Apêndice I do Manual de Gestão.
Principais Responsabilidades
Área de Pessoal
Assegurar que todos os níveis do Departamento estão treinados nos seus deveres e que cada elemento mantém a máxima eficiência.Área Financeira
Assegurar a análise e controlo dos custos do Departamento.Sistema integrado de Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança
Manter sob revisão contínua o manual de gestão e os procedimentos comuns aos 3 sistemas de gestão. Aprovar os procedimentos de que é responsável, de acordo com o procedimento PG/04.01.3.4.1 – Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade
Planeamento, organização e gestão da Função Qualidade em todos os sectores da Empresa. Representar externamente a Empresa. Coordenar as actividades dos Laboratórios de Ensaios Finais e de Materiais. Certificar a conformidade de todos os produtos. Assegurar a manutenção das certificações do Sistema da Qualidade e dos Produtos obtidas pela Empresa. Colaborar nos processos de certificação que a Empresa decida lançar. Estabelecer, em ligação com os Departamentos da Produção, as rotinas de intervenção em termos de controlo da qualidade dos produtos. Estabelecer ligações com os restantes Departamentos ou Direcções quando existam novas concepções técnicas ou alterações das existentes com a finalidade de introduzir novos Planos de Qualidade se necessário. Identificar qualquer área onde ocorram dificuldades em manter o controlo dos processos de produção. Manter sob revisão contínua os procedimentos de aprovação na inspecção e a adequada identificação e separação dos materiais semi-processados e acabados a libertar de acordo com aqueles procedimentos. Assegurar que todo o equipamento de inspecção e ensaio é adequado e calibrado regularmente. Acompanhar eventuais projectos de melhoria da qualidade. Assegurar a definição e processamento da informação requerida para medir a eficiência da unidade fabril, no respeitante aos indicadores da qualidade. Elaborar relatórios e análises estatísticas das variáveis da qualidade. Assegurar a análise dos custos da não qualidade e a manutenção do correspondente sistema de recolha de informação. Investigar e reportar as reclamações dos clientes relacionadas com a qualidade. Estimular a consciência para a Qualidade em todos os sectores da Empresa.3.4.3 – Sistema de Gestão de Saúde, Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho
Controlar a aplicação das disposições de Segurança, Higiene e Saúde no Trabalho constantes dos procedimentos internos no Departamento de Qualidade. Assegurar-se de que os trabalhadores do Departamento de Qualidade têm à sua disposição os meios adequados à preservação da sua segurança e saúde, bem como se os mesmos são mantidos em boas condições de utilização e limpeza. Providenciar o treino e/ou formação dos trabalhadores do Departamento de Qualidade que de tal careçam. Manter operacionais os meios de protecção dos equipamentos e assegurar-se de que estão a ser seguidos os métodos e procedimentos para um trabalho seguro no Departamento de Qualidade. Providenciar pela permanente disponibilidade das saídas, corredores, etc., do seu sector, para a eventualidade de evacuação das instalações ou perante casos de acidente grave no Departamento de Qualidade. Informar de imediato o seu superior hierárquico de qualquer acidente ou ocorrência grave no Departamento de Qualidade, bem como tomar as providências que se imponham e ao seu alcance. Cumprir os procedimentos estabelecidos relativamente aos acidentes de trabalho e elaborar o respectivo relatório nos termos da respectiva norma interna. Providenciar e garantir que nenhum trabalhador seja chamado a desempenhar tarefas diferentes das suas habituais, sem que tenha recebido formação ou as devidas instruções de segurança. Exercer, junto dos seus subordinados, e sempre que possível, através de exemplificação, acções de formação e sensibilização, bem como chamar a atenção para eventuais comportamentos negligentes e corrigi-los. Recorrer, sempre que necessário, ao conselho e apoio do Técnico de Segurança e Higiene do Trabalho, do Médico do Trabalho. Observar com espírito crítico todo o equipamento de trabalho (mecânico, eléctrico ou outro) e, em caso de risco potencial ou real, agir preventivamente, solicitando, se necessário, a colaboração do Técnico de Segurança e Higiene do Trabalho e do seu superior hierárquico. Assegurar-se que só trabalhadores devidamente autorizados conduzem os Empilhadores, as Pontes Rolantes ou qualquer outro equipamento semelhante, nos termos previstos na respectiva NISHST. Comunicar todas as situações de risco. Elaborar em conjunto com o “Técnico de Segurança e Ambiente”, as revisões pela gestão dos três sistemas (Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança).Quem estamos procurando?
Formação: Engenharia Técnica ou superior.
Idiomas: Inglês (falado e escrito)
Experiência: 3 anos. Experiência na área de produção é importante (1 ou 2 anos no mínimo)
Outros conhecimentos específicos (valiosos):
- Conhecimento de relacionamento interdepartamental
- Conhecimento do produto para poder analisar causas de não conformidades internas e reclamações de clientes para poder estabelecer ações corretivas, preventivas e de melhoria
- Curso de auditor interno
- Conhecimento de técnicas de análise de não conformidades e ações corretivas
- Conhecimento em ISO 9001 e gestão de processos

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
Generalities
Job Title : Head of the Quality Department.
Position in the Structure
The Head of the Quality Department reports to the Director of Quality, Safety and Environment of Iberia, as outlined in the organizational chart included in Appendix I of the Management Manual.
Main responsibilities
Personnel Area
Ensure that all levels of the Department are trained in their duties and that each element maintains maximum efficiency.Financial Area
Ensure the analysis and control of the Department's costs.Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety System
Keep the management manual and procedures common to the 3 management systems under continuous review. Approve the procedures for which you are responsible, in accordance with procedure PG/04.01.3.4.1 – Quality Management System
Planning, organization and management of the Quality Function in all sectors of the Company. Represent the Company externally. Coordinate the activities of the Final Testing and Materials Laboratories. Certify the conformity of all products. Ensure the maintenance of the Quality System and Product certifications obtained by the Company. Collaborate in the certification processes that the Company decides to launch. Establish, in connection with the Production Departments, intervention routines in terms of product quality control. Establish links with other Departments or Directorates when there are new technical designs or changes to existing ones with the purpose of introducing new Quality Plans if necessary. Identify any areas where difficulties occur in maintaining control of production processes. Maintain under continuous review the inspection approval procedures and the adequate identification and separation of semi-processed and finished materials to be released in accordance with those procedures. Ensure that all inspection and testing equipment is adequate and regularly calibrated. Monitor any quality improvement projects. Ensure the definition and processing of the information required to measure the efficiency of the manufacturing unit, with regard to quality indicators. Prepare reports and statistical analyzes of quality variables. Ensure the analysis of the costs of non-quality and the maintenance of the corresponding information collection system. Investigate and report quality-related customer complaints. Stimulate awareness of Quality in all sectors of the Company. 3.4.3 – Occupational Health, Hygiene and Safety Management System
Control the application of Occupational Safety, Hygiene and Health provisions contained in internal procedures in the Quality Department. Ensure that Quality Department workers have at their disposal the appropriate means to preserve their safety and health, as well as whether they are kept in good conditions of use and cleanliness. Provide training and/or training for Quality Department workers who require it. Keep equipment protection means operational and ensure that methods and procedures for safe work in the Quality Department are being followed. Ensure the permanent availability of exits, corridors, etc., in your sector, in the event of evacuation of the facilities or in the event of a serious accident in the Quality Department. Immediately inform your superior of any accident or serious occurrence in the Quality Department, as well as take the necessary measures within your power. Comply with the procedures established regarding work accidents and prepare the respective report in accordance with the respective internal regulations. Provide and ensure that no worker is called upon to perform tasks other than their usual ones, without having received training or the appropriate safety instructions. Carry out, with your subordinates, and whenever possible, through example, training and awareness-raising activities, as well as drawing attention to any negligent behaviors and correcting them. Consult, whenever necessary, the advice and support of the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Technician and the Occupational Doctor. Critically observe all work equipment (mechanical, electrical or other) and, in case of potential or real risk, act preventively, requesting, if necessary, the collaboration of the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Technician and your superior. Ensure that only duly authorized workers drive Forklifts, Overhead Cranes or any other similar equipment, under the terms set out in the respective NISHST. Communicate all risk situations. Prepare, together with the “Safety and Environment Technician”, the management reviews of the three systems (Quality, Environment and Safety).Who are we looking for?
Training: Technical Engineering or higher.
Languages: English (spoken and written)
Experience: 3 years. Experience in the production area is important (1 or 2 years minimum)
Other specific knowledge (valuable):
- Knowledge of interdepartmental relationships
- Knowledge of the product to be able to analyze causes of internal non-conformities and customer complaints to be able to establish corrective, preventive and improvement actions
- Internal auditor course
- Knowledge of non-conformity analysis techniques and corrective actions
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and process management
