Introduction: As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on technical components. You will manage marketing tools, ensure seamless data flows and integrations, and handle multiple projects concurrently.

What you'll be doing:

Manage the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of marketing databases and CRM systems. Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows. Ensure seamless data flows between marketing systems, identifying and resolving integration issues. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations. Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processes. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support various marketing initiatives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align marketing activities with business goals. Train and mentor junior team members on marketing operations best practices. Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to have:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or related role Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools Experience with analyzing data and providing insights Excellent project management and organizational skills Knowledge of data privacy regulations (, GDPR), CAN-SPAM laws, deliverability best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
