Fleet Operations Analyst

THE ROLE
As a Fleet Operations Analyst, you will work in close cooperation with Field Ops, Logistics and Area Management teams throughout Indie Campers to ensure a fleet servicing machine and guarantee vehicle availability in a sustainable way. This position will also be responsible for managing the implementation of fleet projects across specific across Europe.
You will need to define and follow-up key performance indicators and report on relevant areas of the Business Unit, including the key aspects of downtime, total costs of ownership and van-functionality.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Support Indie Campers Group by managing all fleet-related activities on specific countries; Daily follow-up and support of fleet interventions with our field ops teams and local suppliers; Establish and maintain exceptional communication with depots and suppliers; Monitor and approve all fleet interventions in specific countries, based on SLAs and pre-approved cost matrices; Keep out-of-service vehicles to a minimum and minimize downtime; Keep the operating platform and databases updated; Contribute to the implementation of fleet related projects and fullfilment of established key improvement measures.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering or Business or relevant experience in in the Fleet Industry (rent-a-car, fleet management, leasing company, auto workshop) Analytical and problem-solving skills; High levels of organization, planning, and adaptability; Good communication skills; Full English and German / Italian / French proficiency.OUR GROWTH LAB PROGRAM:
This position is a part of our Growth Lab Program.

A 3-year graduate program, that helps recent graduates to kick-start their career in an international and fast-paced environment.
This program focuses on learning by doing and developing soft and hard skills, whilst being mentored by industry experts.
During this time you’ll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers’ future challenges and work on how to better tackle them as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge.This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you’ll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you’ll join our team permanently.
