Job Description

You´ll be responsible to assist on processing requests related to remote working internationally under the new smart work concept deployed in Robert Bosch.

Your contribution to something big:  

Perform the first analysis of the demands received from employees in United States, requesting for international remote working option; Be part of a project archiving relevant documents for necessary audit trails; Maintain and track all services' KPIs; Respond to employees/manager's questions on the process and protocols; Responsible to work on continuous process improvements in close cooperation with the global policy owner (GPO).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education : Human Resources Degree/Masters or other relevant area would be preferred; Know-how : Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook); Languages : Good written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory; Personality : Customer, results and quality orientated, good collaboration skills, creative mindset, detail and analytical oriented and flexible to changes.

This internship is for a 6 month period.
