Role Description

Hey there We are on the hunt for a German Speaking International Recruiter to join our awesome team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. You don't need any previous experience because we believe that with the right attitude and our fully paid training, you can become a top-notch professional. You will be working remotely, so you can be based anywhere in the world. Your daily duties will involve connecting with prospective candidates, assessing their skills and fit, and helping them to embark on exciting career journeys with our clients.

We are Patrique Mercier Recruitment, a thriving recruitment agency operating in a number of sectors including aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, and energy. With a tight-knit team of 10-49 employees, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between skilled professionals and exciting career opportunities in Europe. We are passionate about providing comprehensive support to both our clients and candidates.

Requirements
  • German language proficiency
  • Valid European Union passport or ID
  • Willingness to undergo 4 months of fully paid training in Athens, Greece
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn

Recruitment Process
  • Stage 1: Application submission. Just hit that apply button on our website

  • Stage 3: Recruitment day in Lisbon, Portugal. We'll meet you at the VIP Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa for a day of recruitment activities. Please note that only candidates who are already in Portugal will be considered for this stage.
