What will you have to do?
Introduce data in the personnel administration tool regarding any contract changes for employees (new staff, reinstatements, dismissals, extensions, data changes, organisational changes, etc.)
Ensure the correct implementation of the measures made in the system
Enter and control monthly payroll supplements, including the control of any amounts withheld for judicial reasons
Implement modifications in employee profiles: relatives and dependents, functional diversity, bank accounts, addresses (with appropriate supporting documentation)
Entry and control of absences (together with the supporting documentation)
Control the signature of documentation by employees: employment contracts, personal income tax documentation, data protection, redundancy payments, etc
Attend and respond to requests from employees regarding personnel administration
Coordinate and ensure, together with the HoD, the correct registration of the number of hours worked by employees according to local legislation and the control systems available
Sponsor of the digitalisation of HR/PA processes
What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years of experience in the role High Level of Portuguese and advanced English. Knowledge and application of the Labour Code Knowledge of the Hotel industry would be a plus Knowledge of SAP Sucess Factors and Microsoft OfficeAt Meliá we are all VIP
