- Tratamento de documentação – abertura de correio;
- Registo de correspondência em aplicações especificas da empresa (ClouDscan e Papyrus);
- Pedidos de Estafetas em plataforma Online;
- Validação de faturas;
- Atendimento telefónico e presencial;
- Registo e validação de despesas de colaboradores (inseridas com faturas);
- Apoio em eventos/reuniões.
- Experiência em funções administrativas;
- Experiência em Excel;
- Fluência oral e escrita na língua inglesa será valorizado.
