Job Description
Clients meeting to gathering requirements; Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts; Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed; Analyze and decompose complex requirements; Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions; Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation; Oversee the development of the product as per the specification.
Qualifications
Ability to interpret business needs; Experience in developing user stories (Agile); Experience in JIRA; Requirements gathering and transposition to user stories (Agile); Process design; Good communication skills in English and Portuguese; Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments; Excellent proactivity sense; Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills; Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Prior client facing experience.To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, think creatively and have a problem solver mindset. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and possess strong attention to detail.
