InnoWave is searching for a Business Analyst to perform the documentation of business needs of customers for systems development, identifies failures and opportunities for process improvements, raises requirements and functional specifications.

Business Analyst 

Responsibilities

Interpret business needs through participation in meetings with the clientPropose solutions framed in the project vision, according to the strategy related to the application environment of the client, and in line with the strategy of the respective information systemsCarry out the requirements gathering and functional analysis application solutions, business analysis, information systems and processes, according to the methodology defined for the projectDevelop the test plan, defining acceptance criteria and testing scenarios.Collaborate with the client and technical teamsEnsure compliance with the requirements defined by the final solutionCritically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customerPrepare and keep updated the technical documentation of the project, for example the specification of business and functional requirements, specification of interfaces or user manuals

Skills

Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areasMinimum of 5 years work experience in the same roleExperience in driving and detailing requirements for the Banking sectorTeam leadership in an Agile environmentExperience in consultingCommitment, will manage mission critical projectsKnowledge of Scrum, Scrum Master or similar certification is a plusKnowledge and experience in delivering Waterfall projectsExperience in reporting to Director-level managementGreat communication skillsPortuguese is mandatoryGood English level, spoken and written
