Our multicultural client is searching for Dutch speakers, that want to work within customer service. We are looking specifically for you, if you have a good work attitude and service in your blood.

Your Responsibilities

  • Log all inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting for customers.
  • Escalate relevant customer issues to higher departments.
  • Assist with customer order fulfillment, including providing information, tracking orders, managing returns, and handling payment inquiries.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure efficient closure.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, showing empathy.
  • Up-sell and/or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.

 

The Ideal Profile

  • Native level Dutch (C2) , fluent English (C1)
  • Previous experience in Customer Support
  • Desire to work in Lisbon, Portugal
  • EU citizenship or valid Work VISA is necessary to hold before to start the application process.
  • Can-do attitude
