Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries.
- Remote or On-Site Work: Experience the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Portugal or on-site in Lisbon, immersing yourself in the vibrant culture and atmosphere of the city.
