Supply Planning Manager

What you'll do:
Be responsible for the alignment between market necessities and the rest of the supply chain. Guarantee that we have the ideal stock levels to match our needs, calculating the quantities needed from each supplier. Optimizing inventory levels, as well as planning and steering the supply needs of one of our European regions. Work alongside our procurement and logistics teams to ensure strong supply availability and solve potential supply chain bottlenecks. Collaborate with Emma’s country teams to develop strategies that will resolve supply and inventory challenges. Play a central role in designing and developing Emma’s S&OP process.
Who we are looking for:
You have studied supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, management, or any other relevant field. You have previous experience in supply chain or S&OP. You are comfortable in independently managing complex data sets and driving business insights from them (proficiency in data querying and data visualization tools is a plus). You are highly structured, with strong organizational talent. You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data, and have a problem-solving mindset. You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
