Your mission:

Command and scrutinize defined KPIs, elevating operational processes to new heights. Navigate and resolve operational intricacies related to supplies, ensuring a seamless flow from orders to deliveries. Guarantee the availability of new launches across all our warehouses. Orchestrate events in collaboration with local departments, ranging from limited editions to product launches and special promotions. Skillfully manage unique customer demands, working closely with Demand Planners to deliver exceptional service. Take charge of supply planning for specific categories, conducting in-depth analyses to optimize performance. Exercise masterful control over store stock, fine-tuning product mixes based on sales, forecasts, and agreed-upon stock levels. Drive the most efficient replenishment processes across all Boutiques, maintaining optimal stock covers and product availability. Collaborate with 3PL to align replenishment plans with sales seasonality, new store openings, and unique conditions. Exercise budget control over the replenishment process, ensuring financial prudence and efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed :

A University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, or a related field. Up to 2 years of operational experience in Factory Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Logistics. A keen understanding of Commercial, Purchasing, and Production functions. Business acumen: an ability to comprehend the commercial impact and implications of supply decisions. Financial acuity – familiarity with key business drivers, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; prior experience with SAP-APO and SAP-R3 is a plus, as is Power BI. Fluency in English. Strong analytical prowess and prioritization skills. Solid relational and communication skills. A results-oriented mindset and a team player spirit. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in pressure situations.
