Role Overview: As our Dutch Customer Agent, you'll be the voice of excellence, providing stellar service to our clients through phone, email, and chat channels. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to elevate the customer experience and contribute to ongoing process enhancements. This summer role is your ticket to making a meaningful impact and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Resolve: Take charge of inquiries and tasks from our main queue, chat, and email. You'll be the go-to person for addressing and resolving customer needs across various channels.
  • Customer Support: Deliver accurate and timely responses to customer questions, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: When faced with customer complaints, listen attentively, empathize, and work towards finding the best resolution while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Dutch: C1/C2 proficiency
  • English: B2 proficiency
