We need cloud platform manager like you to make the difference and crack the pitfalls in our ambitious but disciplined journey to expand our team of Azure specialist supporting AXA Cloud Strategy in the Risk Management area.

Where will you be in the organization?

The division 

Group Technology Operations(GTO)aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.

The department / tea

You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its “IT for Business” duty, our department designs, builds and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions, organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance).

Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of the Business families in Corporate Functions while ensuring excellence and consistency across our products in:

·Implementing, operating and managing Group and/or Global Solutions

·Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes

·Leveraging a market leading right-shored delivery model

·Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model

You will integrate a high performing team of ~200 experts, mainly located in France and Portugal (and supported by offshored managed services), with a strong focus on delivery, collaboration, commitment and value creation, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop yourself in cutting-edge technologies and engage in activities that relate directly with business processes and functions, working together with the colleagues from the Group Corporate departments.

About the job

Job purpose

Our department is committed to offering to our customer entities cloud-based solutions that run with the expected performance and robustness, while being efficient and cost-effective. As cloud DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving this, by managing and balancing the business requirements and technical needs with the cloud capacity and respective costs, considering the growing cloud footprint and the evolving business solutions strategy.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

Overall BAU Management for Production environments Incident, Request and Change Management Regular platform security reviews IT Vulnerability detection and resolution Ensure quality delivery. Platform Monitoring Pipeline execution and monitoring Secure annual BAU activities Coordinate with other product stakeholders to ensure alignment on the solution. Ensure AXA security standards are applied in Production scope. Ensure updated documentation.
Your Profile

About you 

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: 

Experience

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. More than 5 years in consulting, in process and IT implementation in international context, with multi-location teams English: Fluent

Technical skills

Experience in Microsoft SQL server. Experience in a Cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure Good knowledge of Cloud frameworks. Knowledge in managing and executing CI/CD pipelines such developed in Azure DevOps

Soft skills / transversal skills 

Excellent communication skills. Attentive, available, and reliable with good team spirit. Proactivity and results orientation (be able to propose new ideas to optimize memory, simulation time and infrastructure cost) Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science, Management. Azure Cloud, microservices architecture, OpenPaas, Azure DevOps, Git Knowledge for Insurance and Risk Management fields
