Job Description

You will shape and deliver the Digital Marketing Strategy, managing necessary digital marketing channels and activities, reporting to either the Head of Digital Marketing or CMO/Communications Lead.

Main responsibilities:

Help teams manage and measure important digital channels, including social media, Website, Search and Email; Develop SEO Strategies in parallel with the SEO team, guarantee that the team executes comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to clients' needs, focusing on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; Build thoughtful, relevant strategy across digital channels, ensuring that all digital teams of the agency complete the campaigns according to the best practices; Train teams in producing data-driven insights, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate, and optimizing for conversion; Stay Updated with Industry Trends, stay informed about the latest Paid Media and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing optimization efforts are up-to-date.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Managements, Business administration, or any other related field; Proficiency in English (B2 Level - spoken and written); Work experience with SEO projects; Knowledge and track record in Paid Media; Hands-on experience with website measurement tools ( Google Analytics, Google Search Console); Collaborate across functions/ teams and projects coordinating different parties.
