InnoWave is looking for a Salesforce Maketing CDP Solution Architect to integrate our teams and support our clients based in Lisbon - Portugal.

Salesforce Maketing CDP Solution Architect

Responsibilities
  • Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
  • Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.
  • Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
  • Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and such.
  • Bring high level consulting related to complex integrations & architectures with multiple Salesforce solutions connected
  • Oversee & advice on implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live.
  • Design/architect customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company/customer goals
  • Communicate with Program managers, clients, and other stakeholders to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Set up and configure data models.
Skills
  • Technical educational background in a related field (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience of working with Salesforce CDP
  • Proficient with Salesforce basics, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX
  • Experience in multi-system integration
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Multi-channel subscriber management
  • Web analytics
  • Scripting and query
  • Data segmentation, optimization, and management
  • Solution design
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
