SALESFORCE PROJECTS TRAINEE (m/f)

O Pestana Hotel Group é o maior grupo hoteleiro multinacional de origem Portuguesa. Com mais de 100 Hotéis e Pousadas e presente em 16 países.

ÁREA/DEPARTAMENTO

A área de  Digital Projects / CRM (Customer Relashionship Management) e SFA (Sales Force Automation), tem um papel fundamental na implementação de processos e iniciativas que dinamizem a relação com o Cliente B2C (Direto, sem intermediação), maximizando o valor de cada cliente e a sua satisfação. E paralelamente, implementação ferramentas que ajudem na gestão de vendas a cliente B2B (Empresas, Agencias de Viagens e Operadores Turísticos).

Nesta área, terás a oportunidade de integrar uma equipa criativa da maior e mais internacional cadeia hoteleira portuguesa.

AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS:

Como Salesforce Projects Trainee, irás ganhar conhecimento e trabalhar na área de gestão e implementação de projetos estruturais para o Pestana Hotel Group, com foco não só na relação com o Cliente (Customer Relationship Management), dinamizando processos de Automação de Marketing ( Salesforce Marketing Cloud ), e no atendimento ao cliente ( Salesforce Service Cloud ), mas também em processos que permitam a Automação da Força de Vendas ( Salesforce Sales Cloud ).

Irás poder participar na implementação de iniciativas que apõem o negócio, através de gestão de campanhas baseadas em automatismos com personalização para maximização de receita, para aumento de satisfação de cliente, e sua fidelização; na implementação de ferramentas que apoiam o atendimento do Cliente direto e indireto (B2C e B2B); e ferramenta de gestão de leads de Cliente indireto (B2B) acompanhando o processo de fecho da venda. Todas estas vertentes assentes em tecnologia Salesforce.

AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

Benchmark para fundamentação do desenho de solução, com base em melhores práticas; Especificação de requisitos funcionais, acompanhamento e desenho de plano de testes e sua execução; Interação com diferentes equipas envolvidas no desenvolvimento do projeto, nas diferentes fases de um projeto; Garantir as boas práticas e o suporte na adoção das ferramentas por parte das várias equipas de negócio; Acompanhamento das métricas e criação de relatórios de monitorização das iniciativas implementadas nas ferramentas, para indicação de ajustes necessários; Configurações necessárias à criação de iniciativas nas ferramentas.

QUEM PROCURAMOS?

Mestrado nas áreas de Gestão, Economia, Informática de Gestão, Gestão de Informação, ou similares; Perfil analítico, para análise de dados provenientes de vários sistemas digitais; Facilidade em análise funcional para detalhe e especificação de requisitos necessários ao negócio; Boa capacidade de comunicação, essencialmente escrita; Perfil orientado ao detalhe, metódico e capacidade de organização.
