Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Cloud Salesforce Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our clients' E-Commerce Cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop E-Commerce Cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective solutions

- Configure and customize Salesforce E-Commerce Cloud modules to meet client needs

- Integrate E-Commerce Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to E-Commerce Cloud

- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation

- Provide training and support to clients on E-Commerce Cloud usage and best practices

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

- Document all processes, procedures, and configurations related to E-Commerce Cloud solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce E-Commerce Cloud development and implementation

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its various products and services

- Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

- Familiarity with E-Commerce best practices and industry standards

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Salesforce certifications in E-Commerce Cloud and/or other Salesforce products is a plus
