We are looking for our Operational Technology Cyber Security Team Leader (m/f/d) to join us

As FORVIA continues its transformation and expands its reach with even more business groups and talented individuals, you will play a vital and critical role in overseeing the overall management of global IT services, asset management, end-user and device management and leading our efforts to protect our systems and data from growing areas of vulnerabilities as more people join our organization, to support FORVIA ’ s long-term objectives.  

Our IT Division (Group Information Technology) is looking for his/her OT   Cyber Security Team Leader to be based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.

As our OT Cyber Security Team Leader your main mission is to manage the internal OT Cyber Security team to safeguard critical infrastructure and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) by ensuring their secure operation within FORVIA’s OT Security Team.

You will ensure projects, daily operations, management and processes. You will also ensure proper responsiveness and efficiency of the team.

The main missions of the role are to:

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security testing. Analyze system architecture, network traffic, and logs to identify weaknesses. Implement security controls and develop incident response plans. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collobarate with necessary teams to design secure system architectures for critical infrastructure Support in implementation of central security measures like intrusion detection systems Ensure reliable security operations in OT/ICS environments. Support in mitigation and resolving of security incidents promptly.

The ideal candidate will be/have:


Experience
 

“OT Cyber Security” hands-on experience Extended knowledge of state of the art network- and CyberSecurity-standards and technologies including firewall virtualtization Knowledge of IT/OT cybersecurity standards and tools (ISOx, , etc) are advantageous Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC). Familiarity with SCADA systems and PLCs Strong understanding of OT systems, ICS, and their security requirements. Understanding of the current threat landscape and adversary tactic, techniques and procedures Experience in the build and the operation ("Operations")

Skills and competencies
 

Curiosity Analytical Eager to travel (position requires a high amount of traveling) Passionate for cyber security and/or OT Natural motivation to integrate multi disciplany international IT teams Stress tolerance, Methodology, rigor Strong written and oral communication skills Teamwork Service oriented Very good level of English mandatory Willingness for regular business travels
