Grafton rekrutiert im Auftrag seiner Kunden europaweit Fach- und Führungskräfte.

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Kunden bei der Auswahl und Buchung von Hotels und Flügen eines globalen Reisevermittlers
  • Erstellung von passenden Angeboten basierend auf den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen des Reisenden, und darauffolgender direkter Buchung
  • Entgegennahme von Reklamationen und entsprechende aktive Behandlung derselben
  • Zügige und sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Buchungsänderungen, Anpassungen sowie jegliche anderen Kundenanliegen 

 

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Idealerweise schon Kenntnisse in der Touristik bzw. Hotellerie
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Call Center Agent
  • Besitz einer EU-Staatsbürgerschaft oder einer Arbeitsgenehmigung für Portugal
