CONSULTOR DE BELEZA – GRANDES ARMAZÉNS
A pessoa que ocupa esta posição terá a oportunidade de fazer parte de um projeto com continuidade e ser um Embaixador das grandes marcas de beleza da nossa empresa. Procuramos pessoas comprometidas, dinâmicas e entusiasmadas.


ESTAMOS TE ESPERANDO

 

MISSÃO
⦁    Atingir os objetivos estabelecidos e acompanhamento dos KPIs.
⦁    Excelente serviço e aconselhamento, para atingir as metas de vendas, sendo parte da experiência do cliente. 
⦁    Atrair novos clientes no ponto de venda.
⦁    Controlar e implementar todas as diretrizes de visual merchandising estabelecidas pela marca.
⦁    Desenvolver das atividades da loja: inventários, controle de stock e das atividades de terminal de pagamento, entre outros. 


NECESSIDADES
⦁    Experiência em retail de alto nível (preferencialmente em cosméticos de luxo).
⦁    Experiência em vendas com objetivos e controle de indicadores de vendas.
⦁    Capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
⦁    Capacidade analítica e decisiva, capaz de gerir imprevistos de forma ágil.
⦁    Boa presença e habilidades de comunicação
⦁    Inglês em segundo idioma. Outras línguas serão avaliadas positivamente

O QUE OFERECEMOS
A pessoa trabalhará em um ambiente dinâmico, onde será embaixador de um portfólio icônico de marcas de fragrâncias e cuidados com a pele. A pessoa receberá treinamento contínuo e fará parte do compromisso que temos de construir uma empresa e uma sociedade mais inclusiva.
⦁    40 horas por semana com duas folgas semanais. 
⦁    13:00 h a 22:00 h depende das necessidades do stand / dia. O planejamento da programação será acordado e organizado pelo Manager 30 dias antes (aproximadamente) de cada mês.
⦁    Contrato de trabalho contrato indefinido. 
⦁    Remuneração fixa + % de incentivos sujeito à política da empresa.
⦁    Subsídio de almoço por turno partido.
⦁    Seguro médico.
⦁    Formação inicial e contínua por Coty. 
⦁    Desconto de empregado para comprar produtos da nossas marcas e lote de produtos Coty por semestre.
