Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee performance management systems and facilitate employee evaluations.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle employee relations issues.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the accounting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Experience with HR software and tools for performance management and recruitment.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantage.
