Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee performance management systems and facilitate employee evaluations.
- Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle employee relations issues.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Experience with HR software and tools for performance management and recruitment.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantage.
