Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, focusing on BB lead generation. Research and recommend site and landing page updates to improve conversion and ranking. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights. Lead CRO initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, conduct A/B tests, and enhance landing pages for improved conversion rates. Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and heat mapping software. Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for search engines and conversions. Oversee technical SEO aspects, including site structure, mobile optimization, and speed enhancements. Manage and mentor a team of SEO and CRO specialists, fostering continuous improvement. Effectively communicate strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and CRO.Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO and CRO, preferably in a BB software context. Strong analytical skills, making data-driven decisions. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and CRO methodologies. Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms. Experience in user experience and customer journey optimization. Excellent project management skills and team leadership abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.About Enghouse Networks
