Short Description
At Capgemini Portugal, we are seeking a Digital Webmaster to play a crucial role in managing and updating Capgemini's Portuguese website. This position, preferably based in our Lisbon headquarters, is focused on overseeing and enhancing the online presence through the creation and promotion of various website assets. This role also plays an important role in content, creating, reviewing, and helping develop blogposts, white papers and other.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 to 6 years in digital marketing with a focus on website management
Proficient in CMD WordPress, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics 4 and relevant web
technologies.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience in implementing user-centric design.
Demonstrated experience in managing and updating websites.
Proficiency in creating and managing SEA campaigns, particularly using platforms like Google Ads.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
University degree in marketing/communications preferred.
Knowledge of content creation is considered a valuable asset.
Success in the role requires you to:
Have a strategic mindset in translating business goals into effective website strategies.
Be adept at creating and promoting various website assets.
Possess excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Have the ability to transform diverse assets into cohesive final products.
Role & Responsibilities
Generate a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more. Ensure that the content is not only engaging but also aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.
Manage and update the Capgemini Portuguese website.
Create and promote various website assets, such as events, blog posts, external initiatives, and project
pages.
Ensure the website adheres to best practices for search engine optimization (SEO).
Optimize website structure and content for improved search engine visibility.
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team, as well as various stakeholders from different areas and projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the website reflects go-to-market priorities and propositions.
Utilize CMD WordPress for content management, including theme customization, plugin integration, and updates.
Employ JavaScript for front-end development, ensuring an interactive and dynamic user experience.
Implement and configure Google Analytics 4, setting up custom event tracking and goals for insights to improve website performance.
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights for website performance.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance website functionality and user experience and always in accordance with internal rules.
Strengthen digital marketing processes to improve efficiency.
Act as a key advisor on website-related strategies.
Ability to transform different assets and aggregate them into a final product, such as case studies, event descriptions, blog posts, white papers, and external initiatives.
