A Dermoteca é um Laboratório português de Dermocosmética com produtos especialmente desenvolvidos para a área de Dermatologia, Pediatria, Ginecologia e Medicina Estética. Com um escritório no centro de Lisboa, tem a marca própria D'AVEIA e também distribui exclusivamente outras marcas de dermocosmética em Portugal, como Tonimer, Alkagin e Bioclin.

A Dermoteca destaca-se por ser a empresa portuguesa de dermocosmética com maior expressão nas farmácias em Portugal.

A venda de produtos é exclusiva a farmácias, parafarmácias e e-retail.

 

Sobre si

  • É apaixonado/a por dermocosmética, e adora os desafios de negocição e vendas, e tem facilidade em desenvolver relações interpessoais.
  • Tem experiência em venda a farmácias na zona de Lisboa (Zona Centro e Oeste) - idealmente em Dermocosmética.
  • É orientado/a e motivado/a por resultados e acredita que tudo pode ser sempre melhorado.
  • Tem um elevado espírito comercial, dinamismo, energia e capacidade de adaptação a novas situações.
  • Finalmente, mas não menos importante, tem uma atitude positiva e adora trabalhar em equipa.

Sobre a posição:

Estamos à procura de um(a) Delegado Comercial (Field Sales Representative) para a zona Lisboa, que possa acompanhar e desenvolver a carteira de clientes ativa e fazer prospecção, promovendo os produtos da Dermoteca. 

Os seus objectivos são:

  1. Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de novas ideias e formas de inovar a relação comercial da Dermoteca com o canal farmácia.
  2. Garantir que os clientes estão satisfeitos com as marcas e aumentar o Sell-in;
  3. Angariar novos clientes, utilizando as ferramentas fornecidas pela Dermoteca;

Responsabilidades:

  • Ser um verdadeiro embaixador e ter ownership da marca D’AVEIA, conhecendo aprofundadamente todos os produtos da Dermoteca.
  • Aumentar as vendas nos clientes ativos da Dermoteca e fazer prospecção de novos clientes - leads;
  • Registar todas as actividades no CRM e aproveitar as ferramentas tecnológicas da Dermoteca para aumentar as vendas e awareness da marca;
  • Ser capaz de organizar, analisar e priorizar os clientes e as rotas de visitas;
  • Dominar os conceitos científicos e os ingredientes presentes nas nossas formulações, facilmente associando os seus benefícios à saúde da pele.
  • Desenvolver relações de proximidade com o canal farmácia, assegurando a máxima visibilidade (merchandising) dos produtos da D’AVEIA nos seus clientes;

 

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura (é factor preferencial, mas não eliminatório);
  • Experiência profissional de mais de 3 anos como Delegado Comercial de preferência na área de dermocosmética na indústria farmacêutica; 
  • Experiência de utilização de um CRM - valorizado experiência com Salesforce;
  • Carta de condução;
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações.
