Our service team is looking for its missing piece If you have recently graduated from university, we welcome you to apply for our Trainee Program, as Automation Services Trainee. The role is based in Ovar, Portugal but you will be travelling across the country.

What you will do
You will visit our customer daily (travelling across Portugal, about 80% of your working time). You will apply your knowledge to learn, design, plan, install and configure an automation system, our Valmet DNA. You will work with the latest technology on automation, computing, virtualization, and networks. You will learn pulp and paper process technology with Valmet and with our most technology advanced customers.Who you are
You have recently graduated in Electronic/Computer Engineering or related field. You like to travel. You like automation programing and IT stuff. Passion for collaborating with your colleagues and improve customers’ performance. Passion for applying world-class technology in our customers’. You are fluent in Portuguese and English. You look at problems in a curious way and you persist until they get solved. You are an ambitious and proactive team player, always eager to take on new challenges.What we offer to you
