Position Overview: As a Remote German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing support and assistance to our German-speaking customers across various ecommerce platforms. From resolving inquiries to enhancing overall satisfaction, your role will be essential in fostering lasting relationships with our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, addressing concerns and providing solutions with empathy and professionalism.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary, to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
