Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our platform. As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and expanding our user base.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency and resonance with our target audience.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the product and development teams to gather insights and drive product enhancements based on user feedback and market demand.

Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing and education technology (EdTech).

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with peers and promote our platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably in the EdTech or technology sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.

Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus.
