Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to enterprise customers, ensuring their technical issues are addressed efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction that our client is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support over the phone and through web-based channels.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues to Engineering or Management when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech language
- English B2
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, particularly Exchange Online, in an Enterprise environment.
- Experience with networking, authentication methods, and PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, including an additional hour for lunch break.
- Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM.
Compensation:
- Monthly gross salary: €1,467.67
- Additional benefits include holiday and Christmas bonuses, meal allowance, and potential housing benefits for eligible candidates.
Contract Type:
- Initial term of 12 months, with potential for extension up to an additional 12 months.
- Potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the contract term.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive 4-week training provided at the beginning of employment.
- Ongoing professional development and support.
