Then, grab this job opportunity and apply todayIn this role, your main responsibilities will be to support deliveries and work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform.What you'll doAs a Technical Support for Microsoft, you'll support deliveries;Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.
Requirements
Native Czech speaker;Fluency in English (minimum B2);Customer service experience (in technical support environment is a plus);Troubleshooting mindset is also a plus.
