Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Remote Italian Speaking Relations Representative to join our vibrant team. This remote position is based in Portugal and requires candidates to be residents of Portugal. While prior experience in customer relations is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships for a leading tech industry giant.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently and effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, collaborating with the team to implement necessary improvements and enhancements.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, delivering prompt and professional responses.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, sales, and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance our customer relations strategies.
Administrative Support:
- Update and maintain our CRM system with accurate and timely information about customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
