Role Overview:
As an Italian-Speaking Platform Safety Representative, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and maintaining the safety and integrity of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing user-generated content in Italian to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
- Identifying and addressing violations, including hate speech, harassment, and inappropriate content, in a timely and effective manner.
- Responding to user inquiries and concerns related to safety and moderation issues, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving platform safety and enhancing user experience.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in online safety and moderation, and contributing to ongoing efforts to evolve our safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information effectively.
- While prior experience in content moderation or online safety is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and online community dynamics is an asset.
