We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Controller to support our team by preparing and managing critical spreadsheets that drive day-to-day operations.

This individual will be responsible for creating efficient workflows using AppScript and Google Sheets formulas, ensuring that the team can progress smoothly with their tasks.

 

The ideal candidate should also be proficient in at least one visualization tool to create insightful dashboards and reports that aid decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and optimize spreadsheets for day-to-day team operations.
  • Develop automation scripts using AppScript to streamline processes and minimize manual intervention.
  • Create  formulas and functions in Google Sheets to support complex data analysis.
  • Generate insightful reports and visualizations using visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate availability of required data.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all spreadsheets and reporting systems.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Google Sheets with advanced formula skills (array formulas, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google AppScript to automate workflows and reporting tasks.
  • Experience in creating dashboards or reports using visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot spreadsheet or data-related issues.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Previous experience in a technology-driven or consulting environment is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role working with Google Sheets and AppScript.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
