Responsibilities
  • Reach out to prospective clients to promote our products and services, tailoring pitches to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities in the Polish market.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications
  • Native Polish language proficiency.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or above, with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
