About the Role

This position will report to the Manager, HR Master Data & Analytics and be part of Global Business Services (GBS) is the service partner to the entire Essity organization delivering services within finance, human resources, IT, workspace and master data. Essity is a leading global hygiene and healthcare company. We are committed to improving the quality of life through high-quality hygiene and health solutions. We sell our products and solutions in around 150 countries under many strong brands, including the global market leaders TENA and Tork, but also well-known brands such as Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa. The HR Master Data & Analytics team manages the global HR reporting, master data & analytics for the whole of the Essity group. The team comprises of a mix of Workday Reporting Experts, Master Data Analysts and Power BI Experts and are a truly global team based in multiple countries all over the world.

What You Will Do

Implement & maintain global HR Reporting including calculation rules, definitions, reports and dashboards via our HRIS platform - Workday Support the bi annual Workday release cycle for the reporting area Resolve issues for customers via tickets related to the Workday reporting area Lead or contribute to global projects and initiatives related to HR data and reporting Act as a global speaking partner to our internal customers to support out HR Analytics journey Collaborate with the other Workday support areas (Core, Recruitment, C&B etc) Develop and implement HR Reporting training for stakeholders Working within a global team and ensuring that the company's agreed services are processed smoothly and in accordance with relevant policies and legal requirements.

Who You Are

Proven experience in Workday HR configuration in the area of HR Analytics or Reporting required (e.g. Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and Slides) Strong IT and systems affinity Analytical skills and customer driven and attention to detail Independent way of working and ability to “think outside the box” Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in a global team environment Strong command of English language required for verbal and written communication
