Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, ensuring accurate reflection of the company's financial status, with a specific focus on transactions and investments in cryptocurrencies.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, integrating insights from both traditional financial and cryptocurrency markets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity, including the unique aspects of crypto holdings, to maintain financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations applicable to both fiat and cryptocurrency operations.
  • Develop and enforce robust internal controls and procedures, specifically tailored to accommodate the nuances of cryptocurrency transactions and holdings.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the management team, providing expert analysis on the financial implications of business strategies, with an emphasis on crypto investments and operations.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, incorporating insights from the fast-evolving crypto market.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in both the financial and cryptocurrency sectors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional accounting certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial controller role, including significant experience managing finances in the cryptocurrency space.
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, with specific expertise in cryptocurrency markets and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage financial data from both traditional and crypto markets.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including platforms and tools specific to cryptocurrency management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in steering financial operations and guiding teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the financial and technical aspects of cryptocurrency in discussions with stakeholders across the organization.
