Desenvolvimento de estratégias de recrutamento;

Triagem e Seleção de candidatos;

Condução de entrevistas técnicas e comportamentais;

Gestão do processo de contratação;

Colaboração com as partes interessadas internas;

Manutenção de redes de recrutamento;

Avaliação de desempenho do recrutamento.
