Your Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Identifying customer issues
  • Performing troubleshooting to find solutions
  • Documenting each action taken
  • Categorizing cases and potential errors
  • Assisting customers in using paid products
  • Escalating complex issues according to established procedures

Your Profile:

  • Fluent German skills (at least C1 level, ideally native proficiency)
  • B2 level of English
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilities
  • Quick grasp and adaptability in learning new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management
  • Minimum of 12 months direct customer service experience required, preferably in B2C and/or B2B contact centers
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Exceptional native-level written and oral communication skills in the supported language
  • Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Organized and capable of learning and understanding new processes, concepts, and skills, recognizing that operations are constantly evolving
  • Keen attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high standard
  • Ability to not only handle customer emotions but also empathize with the customer's situation
  • Openness to flexible working hours as needed (may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays) / Shifts: 8 AM to 8 AM / Monday to Sunday
