As part of our continued growth, we are looking to add a remote French-Speaking Customer Agent to our team, based anywhere in Portugal. This role focuses on providing top-notch customer support in the technology industry, helping clients effectively utilize our products and services.

Position Overview:

As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Agent, you will be essential in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will handle client inquiries related to technology, offer detailed information about our products, and resolve any issues that arise. Your attention to detail and language proficiency will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships. We offer a comprehensive relocation package, including flight tickets to Lisbon and accommodation, to assist with your transition if relocating from abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:

    • Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure a positive experience.
    • Assist customers with technical issues, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and providing effective solutions.
  2. Product Assistance:

    • Help customers understand and effectively use our technology products and services.
    • Provide precise information about product features, updates, and technical specifications.
    • Guide customers through setup and usage processes, offering recommendations and support.
  3. Issue Resolution:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to software and hardware products.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior agents or management when necessary.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collect and document customer feedback to improve our products and services.
    • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and address any lingering issues.
  5. Administrative Duties:

    • Accurately record and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
    • Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.
    • Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings and share best practices for enhancing customer support.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills:

    • Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
    • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience:

    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
    • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not required.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate customer support tools and software.
