Position Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be customers' first point of contact, providing world-class support and ensuring satisfaction. This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant international environment with a supportive team, all while enjoying the cultural and scenic charms of Lisbon.
What You Will Do:- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Deliver personalized solutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive experience with the brand.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and solve complex cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance metrics.
- Language Proficiency: Polish at C1 level and English at B2 level (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
