Do you want to work in a fast-growing, global company with an open communication culture and agile development processes? Do you want to make things happen and actively develop them further? Then become part of our Industrial Engineering team at our plant in Albergaria-a-Velha.
Your tasks:
- Manage industrialization of new products according to Stage/Gate process, ensuring compliance with product specifications, implementation deadlines, quality and availability requirements;
- Coordinate changes to existing products by Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process;
- Identify and implement cost improvement opportunities to generate cost savings;
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of all technical data and documentation related to products and the respective manufacturing processes;
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials;
- Experience: 2-3 years in similar roles;
- Experience with Project Management (Stage Gate Process);
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Google tools command;
- Experience with FMEA;
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
