JobDescription:

Asa Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for leading andexecuting ServiceNow projects and initiatives for clients. You will workclosely with clients to understand their requirements, identify opportunitiesfor improvement, and develop innovative solutions leveraging the ServiceNowplatform.

KeyResponsibilities:

Serve as theprimary ServiceNow subject matter expert for clients, advising on bestpractices, platform capabilities, and potential solutions. Lead all aspectsof ServiceNow project delivery, including requirements gathering, design,development, testing, and deployment. Conduct productdemonstrations and educate stakeholders on ServiceNow functionality. Collaborate withclients to understand their business requirements and how ServiceNow cansupport them. Develop andconfigure custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, reports, andintegrations. Customize andextend ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules to meet specific client needs. Develop andmaintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. Communicateproject status, risks, and issues to clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years ofhands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture,design, development, and deployment across multiple modules. 3+ years of experience developing and managingintegrations with ServiceNow and other systems and technologies. In-depth technicalknowledge of integration protocols and technologies, including REST APIs, SOAPAPIs, JDBC, LDAP, and others. Experience withServiceNow SLO, POM, or LSD is a plus Experience withother integration tool sets such as Workato, Apptus or Snaplogic is a big plus. Proven experienceleading successful ServiceNow implementations from start to finish. Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creativesolutions to complex problems. Excellent verbaland written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicatetechnical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with multipleServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, SPM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM. Experience withPerformance Analytics is a plus. Experience with theyounger ServiceNow modules such as WSD, LSD, SLM is a big plus.

PreferredCertifications:

ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist (ITSM). Consultingexperience preferred. Hardware AssetManagement (HAM) Fundamentals Software AssetManagement (SAM) Fundamentals ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist (Discovery)
