The Job

What does your day-to-day in this role look like as a Travel Sales Advisor:

  • Active sales advice via telephone regarding the selection of hotels with the aim of successful hotel reservations
  • Create appropriate offers based on the traveler's wishes and needs, and subsequent direct booking
  • Receive complaints and actively deal with them accordingly
  • Professional management of booking changes, as well as any other customer concerns


The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
