Our Lisbon office is hiring German Technical Customer Advisors to support users of our advanced drone products.

As part of this exciting and dynamic environment, you will assist customers with technical inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users.

What You’ll Do As a German Technical Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for helping users with various questions and technical issues related to our drone products.

Your key responsibilities include: Customer Support: Handle inquiries from users via phone, email, and chat in German, resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.

Problem-Solving: Assist users with account issues, product functionalities, and troubleshooting, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.

Documentation: Accurately log and track customer interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and continuous improvement of services.

Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with users by providing empathetic and helpful responses.

User Experience Enhancement: Gather and share feedback from users with the team to help improve products and ensure a high-quality experience.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking proactive and customer-oriented individuals who meet the following criteria: Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with diverse customer inquiries.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms and familiar with drone technology and related tools.
