Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for writing requirements and user stories, participating in the design of screen models and user paths, and contributing to the definition of the functional solution of the platform.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will also contribute to tests, the drafting of operating procedures and user guides, and propose optimizations and efficiency gains. Join us and help shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities
Write requirements and user stories to define the needs of the People Repository platform Participate in the design of screen models, user paths, and data mappings for the platform Contribute to the definition of the functional solution of the platform and ensure alignment with business needs Collaborate closely with IT teams, including developers, service center, and test center, to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations Contribute to tests, including developing test cases, test campaigns, and analyzing anomalies Draft operating procedures and user guides to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team Actively contribute to all agile rituals, including sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, and daily meetings Propose optimizations and efficiency gains to continuously improve the platform
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or insurance A good knowledge of Data business Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Excellent knowledge of design discovery, functional design, and product ownership Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting interests Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
