Exciting Opportunity for a B2B Travel Agent with Italian Skills

Join our dynamic team as a B2B Travel Agent and contribute to creating exceptional travel experiences for our clients. As a B2B Travel Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing corporate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless travel solutions while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier, personalized support to travelers.
  • Address a range of travel and tech-related concerns, from basic platform queries to urgent, last-minute travel issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry and the company's platform to ensure exceptional service and contribute to overall business success.
  • Foster strong relationships across international teams.
  • Offer feedback to product and engineering teams to support product enhancements.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) and a strong command of English (B2 level or above).
  • Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within the travel or hospitality sectors.
  • Mandatory experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan.
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics as both a benchmark and motivator for success.
  • Effective communicator, skilled at crafting tailored verbal and written interactions.
  • Team-oriented and thrives on collaboration, feedback, and team-building.
  • Comfortable with digital tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and proprietary travel support platforms.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours (including early mornings, late nights, and weekends) to support our growing team.
  • After an initial six-week hybrid training period, the position transitions to fully remote, with periodic in-office team meetings.
