YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Be a subject matter expert in rewards and lead a variety of projects from design to implementation in order to further develop and improve our compensation and benefits practises Conduct data analyses on the effectiveness and fairness of existing compensation and benefits programs and processes, and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of successful programs aligned with the overall reward strategyWork with external agencies and internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate market trends and perform regular market benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our offersPartner with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide guidance and develop solutions to compensation and benefits related issues in the regionImprove internal reward communications and train our internal stakeholders and the Leadership team on our reward system and benefits offering Review and improve our job architecture and conduct job evaluations as neededSupport further system improvement projects on Workday Advanced Compensation and Workday Adaptive Planning modulesMaintain our knowledge base up to date and create documentation of our processesManage benefits vendors and suggest improvements in the overall employee benefits management 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Solid experience in compensation topics with EMEA focus, the experience in high-growth tech companies is a plusUniversity degree in a relevant fieldProven program and project management experienceExperience in LTI programs is a plusExperience in major survey methods and job evaluation methodologiesStrong analytical and quantitative skills, able to interpret and visualize dataStructured and detail oriented way of working with emphasis on accuracy along with having a holistic approachStrong communication and presentation skills and able to adapt the message to different audiences Highly proficient in ExcelWorkday knowledge is a plusFluency in English is a must
