Are you a recent BBA or MBA graduate passionate about marketing? As a part of Kounsel marketing team, you will take part in every step of Kounsel marketing experience. From social and digital media, and brand strategy to the product marketing journey, you will be a part of shaping product representation and play a part in expanding Kounsel’s customer base. You will have the freedom and opportunity to unleash your creativity, further develop your skills, and be part of a remote, dynamic, international team that values your input and passion. Graduate Program Details

Position: Graduate Program

Compensation: Paid
Work Hours: USA Business Hours
Timezone: EST, PST, CST or MST

Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the expansive marketing projects encompassing various tasks within a dynamic and creative setting.

  • Dive into the world of social media by managing campaigns, and conducting benchmark studies. Participate in creating captivating content for social media, email marketing, digital ads, and SEO/SEM.

  • Participate in shaping Kounsel’s voice by developing key messages and brand stories. Get hands-on with making a real impact.

  • Support digital marketing efforts and sales team to measure success, optimize campaigns, and maximize our marketing investments.

  • Be at the forefront of product innovation by evaluating new features, ensuring launch-ready products, and communicating exciting updates to our users.

  • Work closely with data analytics to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Explore your passions through diverse projects - prepare release materials, draft engaging communications, design stunning slides, edit dynamic videos, craft marketing emails, conduct insightful research, and be a part of creative brainstorming sessions.

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process).
  • Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in any of the specialty areas (internship, projects, employment): Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Advertisement, SEO/SEM, Brand Management, and Product Marketing.
  • Passion and familiarity with technology, AI, and the health industry.
  • Demonstrated global mindset, with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop groundbreaking creative marketing ideas and compelling content that set us apart from the competition.
  • Keen eye for spotting the latest trends in marketing and pop culture, and the ability to incorporate them into our strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric attitude, and ability to work entrepreneurially on a small team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, and project management skills with the ability to develop and understand strategy.


General Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program.

  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.

  • Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
